Data and purposes
When you browse, the hosting provider may process technical data such as IP address, time, browser and requested resources to serve and protect the website. The form prepares a draft on your device: we only receive your name, business, service and optional details when you send it by WhatsApp or email. We use this information to respond, prepare a proposal and, if you purchase, provide the service and manage billing. The form does not subscribe you to advertising.
Legal grounds
Enquiries and proposals are handled as pre-contractual steps requested by you; purchased services are handled to perform the contract. Invoicing and tax duties are handled to meet legal obligations. Technical protection relies on the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.
External services
Payments and subscription management take place on Stripe. Card details are entered there, not in this form. WhatsApp, your email provider and Stripe are involved when you choose their services. Hosting and email providers may also process data to deliver their services. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; consult their policies for the applicable safeguards.
Retention
Enquiry data is retained as needed to handle your request and follow up on the proposal. If you purchase, data is retained for the relationship and legally required periods for billing and possible claims. You may request deletion of data no longer needed, except where retention is legally required.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability, where applicable, by emailing vibiaxstudio@icloud.com. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier processing. You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). We do not make automated decisions with legal effects using the form.
